“There were 3 adults and 1 child in our party. My daughter and her child slept on the sofa bed. The mattress had blood and urine stains. Disgusting! We requested a new mattress or room change. They gave a new mattress. The mattresses are extremely thin and you can feel the springs in it. We went to Walmart and purchased a topper to make it more comfortable.
